Pros

Compensation & Benefits are about on par with competition. Access to technology & global capabilities is good. A fair amount of autonomy in work schedules and activities.

Cons

If there is such a thing as "corporate arrogance" JPM has it. You will be constantly aware of just how small & insignificant you are in the overall operations of the business. This is not the place for you if you care about customer relationships and growing your career. If you've ever wanted to feel like a grain of sand on the beach, this is the right place for you.

Pros

Great focus on doing what is right for the customer/client. JP Morgan is focused on transparency and integrity while also competing for a bigger market share.

Cons

The intense pace and lack of work life balance is one of the downsides of working for this company.
