Pros

- Unparalled training program - Top tier investment bank/sales and trading - History that makes the place feel special - You're one of the big boys here - prestigious plays to work

Cons

- Upward mobility can be very political (but where is that not the case?) - Bank owned investment bank has it's trade-offs - Always worried about lay-offs - More and more compensation is deferred
