Pros

great work environment (people friendly and supportive), good work-life balance compared to other banks, many resources to learn for the self-motivated, international network and brand

Cons

Training opportunities in China Mainland lack structure. It would have been nice to see a 10-week structured program as present in Hong Kong. The lack of structure makes learning opportunities more ad hoc and your basis of knowledge often times feels shaky having no formal training course.
