Cons

Managers are allowed to be disrespectful and even racist. Every morning when I wake for work I get physically ill and sometimes throw-up. My health is suffering greatly because of this hostile environment.

Pros

Opportunities seem to be forthcoming, but only to established locations. A ton of resources here to help you grow as an employee, and plenty of training is available.

Cons

Work from home is not generally offered, even if it makes sense to do so. Even though this is a huge company with a lot of resources, getting a raise and/or promotion is extremely difficult. Due to the size of the company, upper management does not know you exist, and the company culture is entirely dependant on who you are surrounded with.
