Pros

Generally an open culture, encouraged to ask questions. Structured learning programmes, apparently better systems than other competing organizations.

Cons

A few political managers ruin the entire experience. Finance is is slightly direction less. Mobility opportunities very limited and senior managers go out of their way to stall any mobility moves.

Pros

A large company with a ton of resources. Fantastic back office

Cons

The shadiest managers on the planet work at Chase. Force you to sell things to people that isn't best for them, only making the managers bonus larger.
