Pros

- Invest in training - Offers rotational program for new grads - Hours were okay

Cons

- Program is too new, upper levels of talent not there - Pay was way below average for the industry and role...seriously - Subject matter/work can get dull or repetitive - Technology was so slow, all legacy programs, makes things very slow - Kind of old-fashioned approach - Forget diversity - Only lip service

Pros

Pension, good healthcare and salary.

Cons

Really bad culture in the department. Very poor staff retention. Lack of engagement from management. Expected to work a lot of extra hours with no overtime in contract except at weekends. But expectation is you will do it all unpaid.

Pros

Certainly one of the best place to work. 1. Technology centric. Latest technology stack is followed and upgraded with time. 2. Compensation. Salary is never a problem. Year on year growth is good. They also give a very high IC. 3. Opportunity. If you want to work on something. Just say it. Management will try their best to give you the same. 4. Benefits. All standard benefits like Good number of leaves. Good insurance cover etc. They also provide free transportation. 5. Good work-life balance. 6. Learning and Development. They give free pluralsight access, O'Reilly subscription and many more. Learning is encouraged here.

Cons

1. Promotion process is a bit tough. You need to deliver consistently for 2-3 years and be a fast mover. 2. Getting a leadership role is difficult as there are many people in the queue. You need to be the best in the race. 3. Large applications to work on hence it can be sometimes complex to deliver. 4. Visibility of HR to general employees is very limited. They just have one platform to ask everything.
