Pros

It is good before corona

Cons

After Corona a lot changed. Work harassment we need to listen to manager as he is own the company . And if you question them they will shout you. If you reach higher management nothing is useful. Because the instructions are from higher management. First time I felt as salve in JP Morgan. It is like forcefull resignations happening in JP Morgan. Better to layoff people if they want.

Pros

Salary is very good. Benefits are good. Life/work balance can be good, depends on your team. Honestly there are people who work there for 5, 10, 15 years so it can be a good career.

Cons

It really depends on teams, but in my experience it's really hard to get support from senior or peers, and if they help you they make sure it's tracked or can be ticked off a list of objectives to get promoted. There are good and bad people like everywhere, but the environment is not very collaborative. Several tech managers shouldn't manage people.
