Pros

Good salary Good benefits (transportation, gym, etc) Easy to transfer within teams internally You're given chances, it's not a hire and fire culture

Cons

Some of the projects use old and outdated technologies. It's a bank first and tech company second, hence there can be moments where you feel the engineering team's opinions are not given as much consideration as needed.

Pros

Good perks(especially during WFH) Good policies and overall livelihood of the work environment(However, this depends on the team that you work with)

Cons

Too structured at times. Tighter procedural norms considering the fast-paced tech industry elsewhere
