Pros

Plenty of smart and capable people working here; generally don't need to work long hours.

Cons

No flexibility or hybrid work arrangements, despite distributed teams - most employees spend their entire days on Zoom meetings at their desks. Compensation has not kept up with market rates/inflation, at least for UX roles. There is a general tone of disdain for the employees from the very top of company leadership, and an old-school, paternalistic style of management. Corporate work is slow and ineffective, with little sense of accomplishment. Employee morale is low. Education benefit clawback is strictly enforced - they will come after you for the money back if you leave within 2 years.
