Pros

+ Enjoyable place of work, where people interact regardless of seniority + Wide organisation allows for easier job rotations and mobility + Encourages networking + Focus on training and development

Cons

- Difficult rating process based on performance tracking throughout the year. Once you reach Associate level, progression to next level is tough, strong competition, and slow - Salary in London for Associate is not high enough - Long working hours - in some teams, face-time seems to be more important than quality of work

There are always roles around if you proactively look and get in front of the right people

Cons

Extremely political. Long hours expected from you and your team with little recognition
