Pros

Nice office and you will have free time during the slow periods. Everyone on the team is young so you will make work friends pretty easy.

Cons

Management tells you in the interview that this is a great way for a new college grad to start their career and how you will have a real impact on business. HOWEVER, this is the furthest thing from the truth. They hide the fact that you work at a CALL CENTER! I was shocked during my first week when I realized that my managers had lied to me. - You will start off working 10:30 am - 7:00 pm for about 6-10 months. - Managers will tell you that you will be promoted to FAS in about a year. However, most people are on the team for much longer than that. - In the interview, they will tell you that most people get promoted to FAS, this is a lie. Out of 17 people in my class, only 3 were promoted to FAS. - If you don't get FAS, you will have very few options to move up in the company. Management doesn't help you find new opportunities. - You will take between 50-70 calls a day from clients who are allowed to disrespect you and treat you like you're not human. - You won't use any skills you learned in college. Trying to find your next job will be tough because you didn't do any meaningful work. - Management won't be honest in interviews because they know that new grads won't accept the job.

Pros

Transportation, India good work activities

Cons

1) Managers do not have basic management, leadership skills. If any issue is raised against team, managers they will try to suppress it by creating false concerns on the person who raised the issues. 2) Some projects do groupism, bully people who are talented just because they keep getting the good assignments and others do not, so instead of asking, innovating with the work they target the employee who work hard and bully them. 3)Employee relationship team is just a showcase to tell we handle/address issues raised on team/managers. They first try to pretend to listen and then they close the concern as "misunderstanding". It takes a lot for a person to go against manager/team and collect evidences and to speak up, but it really goes in waste bcz raising issues is not supported and people just try to suppress it in the management level by showing false evidences on the employee who came forward to speak up and employee is showcased as bad. 4) Team members who blindly follow management and have good relationship with them will get promotion though they are just average or below average in their daily work and also might have caused failures/mistakes in handling their assignments. None of these mistakes are noticed anywhere, inturn these will be showed as team work and they also get recognition for causing failures and re-work. Bcz management does not really understand the business and they failed to notice their blind assistants are actually causing issues in the name of work. 5) HR's : Not sure if they know anything to do unless just taking instructions from management and copying it. Utterly waste people. 6) Bullying, favoritism, groupism, suits for the people who just blindly follow what is asked for them to do.
