Good, not great

Pros

good time off, health, vision, and dental, job is sales oriented with rewarding operations but is EXTREMELY dependent on geographic location. This leads to poorly construed incentive pay structure for certain areas - PICK YOUR BRANCH PRECISELY / WISELY.

Cons

401k match is HORRIBLE with 1-time annual lump payments in February of the following year at a 5% rate - terrible and senior management knows this irresponsible to employees considering the economic/financial power at the firm.

it could have been better if there is an option for Philippine employees to transfer or relocate to another country and get to keep their job or maybe secure a position at JPMorgan Chase Canada
