Pros

- my immediate team is great - decent benefit and pay

Cons

If you want to work for JP Morgan, get ready to be dehumanised, stripped you from your name until you become just employee ID and the statistics they will accumulate as long as you work there. You will struggle to find real human connection from patronising, faceless emails advising you will tracked from your badge swipe, ensuring you are in the office as required! You will receive an automatic warning if so. Take some time to read JP Morgan data privacy my price and how much they collect, what they do to your data. (Spoiler alert, they collect your data and have right to store it overseas with lesser privacy data regulation, and potentially sell and or give them away to third parties) Run whilst you can
