Work-life balance varies from team to team. Very process based deliveries. Good learning curve till a point.

Cons

Most of good work which involves real engineering is taken care by US folks . You get to collaborate with them to finish their work or work on maintenance items mostly. People who aspire high in their career can get better experience in companies where real progressive work is being done.
