      Pros

      Being able to participate in making global impact and fundamentally transform some of the oldest industries through the application of Si scalability.

      Cons

      There are typical large company problems. Also, lately the quality of senior management is degrading in terms of politics, gurading territories, power struggle and lack of confidence in taking risks.

      Pros

      Intel is a corporation that has very strong goals and very strong leadership. The environment is very competitive and that fosters a sense of pride and accomplishment among the workforce. The people are very creative and dedicated to what they do.

      Cons

      The physical environment is terrible. It is like working at an IBM in the middle of the last century. While people are creative there has been no real innovation in years and the company is stuck as as chip maker with little inroads in any other markets they have tried to get into. If anyone ever invents a better CPU and can catch Intel they are in big trouble
