Pros

Salary is good for the area.

Cons

Management Sucks! People are put into management positions who always bend to what others say but don't care about what's good for their own team. Environment sucks with all the layoffs everyone is on edge Too many turnovers Not hiring quality people. We have people that don't know simple high school math or middle school comprehension and now with the new hires some can't even spell so often times is spent deciphering what people mean in their messages.
