Pros

The organization struggled with a poor workplace culture, offering little to no support for employees. There was a noticeable lack of communication, team cohesion, and leadership accountability

Cons

Additionally, the demands of the role made it extremely difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which significantly impacted overall job satisfaction and personal well-being.

Pros

Work from home was a plus, but that’s really all the upsides

Cons

Constant micromanagement by middle management (TL’s), requirement to set up and get ready to start before the official start time of the shift, expectations for punctuality even when the systems were not functioning right (that includes requirement to read emails received internally with the company email often not working), and too much stress to do as many calls as quickly as possible, without much breathing space (if any) between calls
