Already said a good place only for FRESHERS

+ Great Training facilities + Good looking buildings. Make you feel you work in a big company. + Good scope of knowledge sharing

Cons

- Peanuts in the name of Salary. Salary hike of 6.5% given in last 2 years. - No scope of employee growth after iRace - Promotions very rare and far fetched. - Onsite oppurtunities. WHAT is that ? - HR cares only for Policies. - It is such a company, where even if you work hard and be the best. Your final evaluation will be done on the basis of certifications you clear. Just like a primary school. - If you are around 2 yrs experienced you will realize that freshers get same or even more salary that yours. - Employee moral is at all time low. Everyone I meet around is thinking of leaving Infosys and heavily dissatisfied. - After iRace to be a PM you need around minimum 10 - 12 years because of the robust CRR process. Even that also is a big question mark.

1. Big buildings 2. lawn tennis (You can hardly play after 9.25 hrs of work though) 3. Swimming pools 4. Gym 5. Onsite carrot that keeps dangling at you but only few manage a bite

Cons

1. Primary school like management where employees are treated as School children (Punishment, Homework, Lecture) 2. quality of workforce has gone down considerably with huge hirings 3. Very bad middle (and now top) management 4. Very stringent working hours policies 5. No time for personal growth 6. Hikes and promotions are on mercy of incompetent management 7. Very bad HR 8. Onsite opportunities have reduced dramatically in recession 9. Very low morale of employees 10. Very few leaves (that too gets deducted if you dont clock 9.25 hours daily) 11. With new org structure career growth will be very slow 12. Peanuts in promotions and increment 13. A very high cost vendor which is now struggling to get newer projects 14. No longer a safe place to work (Fired 2100 employees in 2009 under the pretext of underperformance) 15. Huge bench

1) Transparent company. 2) Strong Brand Value Recall. 3) Good Facilities in company campuses. 4) Onsite oppurtunities depending on project.

Cons

1) Too many restrictive HR policies. 2) Salary difference between experienced folks and freshers is very less. 3) Mid-level managers not competent enough.
