      Superb infrastructure Campus are mind blowing

      Cons

      Salaries are very less compared to other companies less onsite oppurtunities once you work for IBU like finacle , you will loose your primary technical skills like java, . net etc .. and you are not allowed to move out of IBU that easily .. mandatory 9.15hrs per quater is not required

      Pros

      Money with onsite opportunity will give you nice bank balance working in big DCs with good facilities. Brand name to cash

      Cons

      Simply finish anybody's career with giving work which is totally different from one's skillset / career focus Managers here are like from gov. office, work doesnt matter, you have to have lick the manager;s feet for good appraisal new policies introduced to delay promotions & appraisals have so many clauses , work is given least importance

      Beautiful & Clean workplace. Good facilities. Great place to work if your team and project manager are good. No-risk company even under recession.

      Cons

      The quality of employees is going down day by day. Recruiting too many freshers without knowing their capabilities in software engineering - You and another worst perfromer from your own college may end up working together with same pay even if you're very talented. Quality of work is also deteriorating. No proper recognition for great work done (unless if your manager is a great person) On-Site opportunities are getting lesser day by day... So are the clients... Not enough pay... double promotion can fetch you 2000rs more than a person with no promotion.. shocking..
