      - Facilities and Infrastructure is awesome - Bangalore campus is huge and has every thing inside, from Dominoes to Banks to Gym to Hair Cutting Saloon :) - Resources provided for the project work are excellent

      Cons

      - HR Policies make sure to restrict you in every possible way(Mandatory Yearly Certifications, Mandatory Working Hours -9 .25Hrs per day) - Low Salary Compensation - Appraisal and Onsite opportunities depend on your luck and not performance.

      Nice campus. good technologies to work on. as in the latest ones Nice client base lucky enough to be part of development as most of the fellows are in shifts

      Cons

      Pathetic work envrioment poor appraisal policy worst thing is thay have marked certification as a mandotory for promotion they have lost it big time infy was good now it's pathetic.
