      Pros

      Great clients, great travel opportunities (if long timer > 3 yrs), great campus and other activity clubs, adapting to market situations very fast, so, stable and very few lay offs as such.

      Cons

      recognition is limited, the appraisal process and promotion process is very skewed, Play with the salary variable part a lot. and can make life miserable with pinching HR policies, media - friendly only (so, go check reports there to know about what's happening inside)

      Pros

      good for freshers as a learning platform. It hires the best freshers from the best colleges

      Cons

      Policies are written in stone. The press comes to know of happenings even before employees. Feeling trapped and am expected to be a jack of all trades. salary too low compared to same position and experience in other organizations.

      Nice buildings. Nice Food courts Brand of a big company

      Cons

      No carrier growth oppertunities in spite of staying long for Infosys. Way below salary as compared to industry average. No job satisfaction. No scope of personal work-life balance. Company is meant for senior managers and above and share holders.
