      Good place to start career

      Pros

      Infosys is overall a good place to start your career. The training in Mysore is good and you get to learn a lot. Policies are well defined for everyone. Future of the country. Good work culture. GREAAT CAMPUS - you wont find it anywhere else.

      Cons

      Less salary. Less technology oriented projects. No flexibility in moving across various business units. Sometimes you pay the price by ending up with a worthless project. Everything is business driven.

      It has a good brand name. It has a list of reputed clients. So far have met very friendly people in team.

      Cons

      Very bad pay package. With this pay package at least in US it is very hard to survive. I am getting 30 percent less than in my previous company.

      1. Facilties and Awesome campus; you get everything in one roof: Food courts, Library, Book shop, Bangalore One centre, food world, ATMs of course, ICICI bank facilities, etc. 2. If you want to settle down to one job and you are a manager, this is the right place. 3. A lot of focus on Knowledge sharing

      Cons

      1. If you are looking to widen your horizons (Developer) and learn new stuff this is not a agood place since everything is driven by clients 2. The leadership qualities of Managers need to improve a LOT 3. Nobody wants to take any kind of risk and just wants the job to be done for the sake of it. 4. Compensation/Salary is below industry standard
