Pros

- Almost no day-to-day work, so you have plenty of time to work externally on learning whatever you want to do after Infosys. - Pay is OK for the role (~$60k/yr); certainly enough to support yourself, but you could definitely make more if you have an offer from another company. Benefits seem par for course. Healthcare, vision, dental, 401k matching, pre-tax commuter account for parking and the like, etc. All of the above is deducted from your paycheck only if you opt-in. - 6% match on retirement contributions. - Good way to get a STEM job on your resume if you don't have a STEM degree. My daily routine: wake up, hop on a short call where nothing relevant to me is discussed, then lose contact with everyone on my project for the rest of the day. I regularly spend the days taking online coding courses relevant to the job I want after I leave Infosys or leaving the house (WFH) to run errands.

Cons

- As an entry-level employee based in the US, you will likely be placed on a team with mostly people in India; you may have contact with them for an hour or two in the morning, but then their workday ends and you have nothing to do. - There seems to be no interest in what an employee does on a daily basis after being placed on a project; I am lucky to have 5 hours a week of work to do. - You will likely spend the first few months of employment with Infosys thinking they've forgotten about you completely. - Some regions are pushing employees to relocate to their respective Infosys office, despite still being 100% work from home. So, you end up moving across the country away from any family or friends you may have for no real reason.
