      Treatment count bonus when I worked there and sales comission

      as soon as they give you a structure they take it away. The company is constantly finding ways to cut pay for their employees

      Absolutely nothing, run for your life

      The worst job I have EVER had, and I’ve had a lot of crappy jobs. They will hire you for “inside sales” when you are really just a call center worker, extremely controlling and toxic work environment. Commissions are impossible to meet and they have awful morals. Too many terrible things to list about Ideal Image. Keep looking
