      Cons

      Awful company to work for. No communication between management and employees. Moving up in the business is a popularity contest, not based on skill, experience, or tenure. Constantly changing the commission structure the second anyone makes too much money making the goals harder and harder to obtain. Typical corporate all about the money and no care for their low level employees or customers.
