      Free services was the only pro when you could beg to get them

      Cons

      The are not honest about your salary in sales. They have had many layoffs this year. Stay clear unless you need an in between job.

      Pros

      Loved the guests I worked with, truly wanted to help them find solutions that should help them feel better about themselves. Passionate about this field. Developed strong relationships with people I worked with.

      Cons

      We do NOT offer competitive laser hair removal pricing. Constant turnover of managers, administrative & medical staff resulted in guests being rescheduled multiple times after spending $1000s of dollars with us. It was embarrassing, & gave us a terrible reputation that I had no control over. There was zero work-life balance. It's such a shame. There is so much potential for this place, but we simply did not have the autonomy or support to make this place as successful as possible.

      Management is horrible

      Pros

      I used to love my job, it used to be a great and positive environment, I enjoyed working there everyday and be extremely positive.

      Cons

      All of management have changed and now it’s nothing but chaos. Very good people leaving, very long tiresome hours, no life/work balance at all and everyone in the office are miserable. I honestly would not recommend anyone to apply at this time. Maybe if management changes in the future.
