where do I start. Long hours, including weekends. Constant reduction in salary. high turnover, high unreachable targets, a CEO and upper management who cares nothing about in their employees. Only interested in their own pockets. No opportunity for growth. No 401K match or contribution. Expensive health insurance, Old outdated equipment, while opening new clinics the older are left to waste. non competitive pricing, no new services .

To offer information regarding some your concerns: We are rolling out a new 401(k) match program as of January 2021 which we are very excited about! Since this review, we have started offering new services such as Cool Toning, as well as working to update several of our existing clinics so they continue to exceed the industry standard. Finally, internally we are prioritizing plans to best support our team and continue helping them achieve their goals. We appreciate reviews like these so we may further understand all perspectives when making decisions.

Upper management is a complete JOKE!!! They are not trained to manage people and treat nurses, sales and front desk poorly...Reviews are worth reading.

Pros

Great employees at the clinic. Employee treatments are no cost IF you can ever get in for an appointment. The nurses are too busy with existing guests for employees to receive treatments.

Cons

Senior leaders do not value the employees and do not want to hear honest feedback of what is NOT working. Targets are becoming more unattainable so making far less than when I started. No support for Managers and no communication with management if there are any questions or concerns. Always changing but rarely in a good way.
