      Remote position, speaking to clients all over US

      Cons

      Everything. Its all smoke and mirrors. You’re just a number to them. They dont care if you if you have a death in the family, have cancer, have kids, have a life. Be prepared to work 100hr weeks just to make your draw. Base pay isnt a wage you could survive on. They groom you into thinking its the best company to work for. Thats a scam. The staff turnover rate shows. People disappear daily from your team and they bury it.zero work life balance.

      Pros

      Making your own schedule is a positive. Each clinic is their own family .

      Cons

      Employeess arent cared for enough here. Ther is only work work work work. thats not how life / a work life balanced should be lived. I've never met my area manager but she reprimands me and communicates with me only through messages. there is no connection there nor established respect through either party.

      The only pro is work from home

      Chronic stress from being shamed due to things beyond your control, no set yearly schedule, pto is rarely approved, micromanaging your every move, daily emails telling you to dial causing a constant state of panic (they want you to mass text and email but you’ll be messaged if not dialing), demoralization/scare tactics, lack of job security, very low base salary and impossible to make commission without working on your days off. Overall it’s a churn and burn culture.
