RN. Dead end job, resume killer but free services are good

Pros

Free services and good compensation. No holidays, decent PTO. Good retirement job when you don't care to lose skills. Opportunities to bonus.

Cons

Expected to be a sales person. You will lose medical skills. Little to no room for advancement. No 401k contribution or tuition assistance. Company is getting greedy.

received free botox and laser hair removal treatments. was going to try the fat reduction but results i saw on patients were horrible

Cons

High pressure sales tactics, put to much stress on staff. Clients injured and company sued multi times stressed staff that wanted to keep a good local reputation.

free services, new ceo and coo seem to be making changes very quickly and listening to employees about what is needed, pay is ok per hour

Cons

Feast or Fathom for sales consultants.. lack of consistent payout....unattainable goals...inexperienced regional managers, inexperienced center managers, no real help from upper management with center issues
