      Willing to train, and they try to accommodate your schedule and almost always grant time off requests.

      Cons

      Must work every other Saturday

      Pros

      Paid training Fun atmosphere Discounts on products Great company for potential to grow and earn promotions (but only if you can make the most sales)

      Cons

      Lots of push to sell everything and anything Clients often unhappy due to dealing with call center vs clinic and clinic is not able to resolve their issue Upper management does not know how clinics are actually ran and cannot see the issues that continuously occur without change High turnover among employees Important issues go unheard if it means management may have to change a policy They do not support inclusion or diversity in the work place

      Can be pretty stressful

      Pros

      Providers were great to work with. Position can be very highly stressful with a lot of moving parts and system navigation. High turnover rate for Regional Managers. I was there little over a year and went through at least 3 Regional Managers.

      Cons

      Complicated system with multiple avenues for daily operations, scheduling, payments/reimbursements, membership and sales quotes, contract formation/offers and completion………
