      It's all about sales and getting the money, that's it.

      Pros

      Free laser hair removal service when location was slow.

      Cons

      Next to nothing paycheck, not a place for experienced sales pro, good place for someone JUST starting out. One call close in face to face environment. No room for advancement. Sales people start as Sales Consultants, get moved from location to location as business needs call for it and there is no advancement, there's nowhere to advance from sales. Nowhere, which is why turnover is frighteningly high.

      Working as a Sales Consultant would be great at Ideal, if they'd only allow you do your job.

      Great income, sales come to you.

      Cons

      Must deal with poor management, understaffed treatment providers, incompetent office staff, overbooked scheduled (for treatments) when the company encourages you to consider yourself and co-workers a Team. Too many times I juggled office details while others slicked off at their job.
