I can attest to this, because I have been working for the company for many years and have had numerous opportunities for both personal and professional growth throughout my career. The President, Bruce Fabel has been a pivotal piece in providing multiple new employee recognition programs inducing employee of the month, health and fitness programs (free to employees) and the years of service awards. His leadership qualities are among the absolute best. Bruce is always developing new ways to incentive employees and it is quite impressive. In 2013 to 2014, the company has grown over 20% in the number of centers and in the addition of employees. Another amazing factor to our success is the implementation of various new services that will sustain and increase the growth of the organization. Employees are also able to receive free treatments when joining the company. Many doors are opening here and it is simply a wonderful place to be. My motto is hard work pays off. If you want to have a job where the sky is the limit, then this is certainly for you.

He works with his management team to understand the key metrics in each area that will lead the company to superior performance. He has a clear system of goals that tie to the vision, mission, values and strategy of the company .
