Ideal Image reviews

I am appalled because the company expects us to go on sites like this and write positive stuff. They have bonuses and rewards for doing so. They make competitions out of which location can get the most satisfied clients to write good reviews (by offering free services). We are instructed to only send out emails to happy clients so that we don't encourage the dissatisfied ones to write negative stuff. I agree with all the cons I have read so far on here. Nothing is false or blown out of proportion. DO NOT quit a decent job with stability because I have never seen such a high turnover rate. They will make you believe it's your dream job. Remember, they're in sales too. My Regional has been with the company about 4 years and she manages like she is in a high school clique. NEVER disagree with anything she thinks or says because you will NOT have a job afterward. Sales people shouldn't have to be punished by taking product compensation out of our hard earned money. If the products are as good as we say, then they would sell without us having to "give them away". The hours aren't conducive to maintaining any type of relationship outside your co-workers. So good luck getting out once your in, unless you get fired or save up enough to quit without a job lined up.

The bonus plan isn't exactly the best anymore, like it used to be. I feel like the company went from being family oriented to corporately runned without any care for the centers themselves. Other than that I think everything is great.
