Pros

Some coworkers are like family. Good pay. Easy nursing job.

Cons

This company is all about sales. They don't care about their employees, or even guests once they have their money. Benefits are crazy expensive. Managers are terrible communicators. Training is terrible and incomplete- specifically injectables training most of the nurses didn't feel comfortable injecting people's faces after the meager training, and if I was a paying guest, I wouldn't let me inject. They are trying to expand their services (which is good), but the execution is sloppy and rushed. Policies are changed from day to day, and not necessarily for any logical reason (especially since if you wait long enough they'll switch it back to the way it was previously).

Pros

You receive one free treatment area per year and you are able to enjoy complimentary beverages (only in the break room).

Cons

Compensation structures change constantly and never to the benefit of the consultants- only the company. It is discouraging to watch your stats continue to improve, your hours increase exponentially, only to receive half the pay you did in years prior. There is no work/life balance and you work many 10-12 hour days (no overtime paid if you are a consultant- class action lawsuit pending) and often you are required to work 6 days a week. If you have any issues with how you are spoken to or treated by management- you are told you are replaceable.
