I worked as the lead sales consultant. The criteria to keep your job is aggressive to say the least. If you don't meet the numbers, you are gone pretty quickly. The commissions are great if you can make the numbers. Best for younger, highly networked, and "hungry" applicants. You have to want the sales badly in order to be successful here. Which isn't a bad thing, just be prepared to close the sales leads from marketing in addition to meeting your own personal sales goals within your personal network. Management is just ok. My concern is they are over worked which results in them just contacting you when something isn't going well. The training is complete and detailed. Fun stuff include getting services at no charge when they are training new staff members.

During my time at Ideal Image I have met a lot of great people and learned a lot about the industry. I know before I started here there were some changes put into place. Change is not always easy for people. My experience with the changes has been amazing. We are giving people more opportunities to look and feel better about themselves on a daily basis. Along with Laser Hair Removal we have added injectables, ultherapy, coolsculpting, tattoo removal, and skin rejuvenation. This has made a tremendous positive impact for all of the centers throughout the United States and Canada. I believe a huge part of our success is because of our President, Bruce Fabel. He is a tremendous leader and has a great vision for Ideal Image. I am so proud to be part of a great organization and I look forward to what the future holds for us.
