Cons
High turnover of employees. There is so much emphasis on sales and little emphasis on guest satisfaction. There's a tremendous amount of pressure on employees to upsell guests and convince them that as a current guest, they're getting an amazing deal. Many guests leave disappointed with their treatment results. Sales consultants are commissioned based and because of this will knowingly sell guests that are poor candidates to make goal and get paid. There's is little to no opportunity for growth within the company. Employees do not get raises despite length of time with the company, job performance and being trained on several services.
