9yWe are sorry to hear you were not able to have work life balance at your center. Many of our associates have been able to find a good work life balance at Ideal Image. Our newly created Center Manager position will help to make sure the workload is being evenly distributed and our associates are being scheduled properly.

9yFree treatments are a great perk. Associates can also extend discounts to family and friends. We offer competitive compensation including bonuses or commissions for all our center associates. Ideal Image also offers comprehensive benefits including 100% employer paid short term disability and life insurance. All our associates receive a third week of paid time off after only one year of employment. We encourage any associate who feels overworked to let their manager know so we can better distribute the workload.
