      A company that trusts its employees

      Pros

      A company that respects you enough to let you work freely without micromanagement. Management are accessible should you ever need them and are receptive to feedback. There’s a freedom at Ideal Image that many companies lack. This provides an environment where employees are motivated to give 110%. Other companies should take note. If you do right by your staff they will do right by you.

      Cons

      You have to be a proactive problem solver. There’s no hand holding here which may be perceived as a con for new hires just learning the ropes.
