Business Outlook
Pros
Ideal Image is by far the BEST company that I've ever worked for. They believe in their employees and empower them to make same day decisions. Ideal also provides multiple ways to grow within the company. With the center managers and back up GSC's it is possible to achieve such a nice work/life balance.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons when I think about working here. I've been here almost 4 years and I never feel like I'm at work. That speaks volumes to me because I've worked at places where the days drag on and I feel like the days fly by way too fast here.
