I have been employed at Ideal Image for 5 years now. Started as a Guest Services Consultant and have been promoted 2 times since I started and right now I am a center manager. Ideal Image has been the best company I have worked for, they really care about their employees. Great pay, free treatments from each service per year, chance at monthly bonus'/commission and usually monthly contests and all that is for all positions! And I have a great work/life balance. What I enjoy about coming to work is seeing how we are changing our guests lives. It really brings a bring smile to my face everyday!

Excellent pay rate for RN, decent benefits, enjoyed the camaraderie with my coworkers, LOVED helping people feel their best

Cons

Micromanagement, NO support from upper management in any aspects of the business. Experienced extremely unprofessional and hostile treatment in actions and words towards staff, and verbal beratement of staff with untrue accusations where others can hear. Nursing judgement is questioned by sales and management staff (non-medically trained personnel) in attempts to sell, sell, sell, even when medically inappropriate for the patient. HR department leaves a lot to be desired. Building has had a mold problem for over a year and root cause still not fixed. Very disappointed in this company and do not recommend employment here.
