      Good company with terrible benefits.

      Pros

      Great group of providers and staff who work hard and are cohesive as a team.

      Cons

      Costly health insurance with terrible coverage, high deductible and copays. Compensation is ok but not super competitive. I could make more as a registered nurse in acute care.

      Pros

      This company was one of my first jobs out of college, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I learned here, and how prepared I felt for the job I currently work at, which was a big step towards my dream job. The training is high-quality and they teach you a lot of valuable skills that you can put on your resume.

      Cons

      I ultimately accepted better pay elsewhere, but I miss working here sometimes.
