LOVE this company and being a Center Manager for Ideal Image!!!!!!!! It’s honestly a DREAM career!!!!

I have been a Center Manager for Ideal Image for about two months and just have to say this job is a DREAM job! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far and look forward to many more years to come. I honestly feel that this company listens to their employees and isn’t afraid to make rapid changes for the better. They have made many great changes already in my two months with this company. I cannot say that about my last job I had for 7+ years in retail. In fact I didn’t know these kind of companies existed. The CEO, Deborah is incredibly down to earth and very intelligent. During our on boarding at home office she took a small group of New Center Managers to lunch to get to know us and ask our opinions about our in boarding experience. She was very engaged with what we had to say and very open to our opinions. Needless to say, I was very impressed that a CEO of a large company taking time out of her day to spend time with us. Very impressive. I love my center too!! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and talented and for the most part it’s been a very easy transition into the aesthetics industry from beauty retail industry. I also felt the training and on-boarding was outstanding plus the support in home office is also great. My regional is also very talented and is always there if you need help. The best part of the job is that you spend your day making people feel better about themselves. I mean, what else could you ask for! I am sooooooo happy I made the change in joining the Ideal Image family!!!!
Cons
Honestly, very little. The center I am at needs a ‘refresh’ because it is older but that is coming down the pike. This is very specific to my location however. The new Ideal Image branding is also excellent as we transition into being an advanced med spa. The current branding doesn’t tell clients what we do so I am excited when the new branding is 100% rolled out.
