      Free treatments, changing people’s lives

      The pay is terrible for GSC and LSC. I was both. I worked there for 5 1/2 years. Worked my butt off for them to hire managers to instead of side with you, go against you. Corporate has no idea what’s going on and how the new managers are ruining the centers with their lack of knowledge. My regional manager was USELESS and never answered any of of questions or concerns, she would ignore us.

      You have an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people who really need it. It's truly a pleasure to be able to make people happy, to solve personal problems, and to fix flaws.

      Cons

      ZERO job security and you CANNOT trust anyone! Upper management will lie to save their own backsides, Senior Leadership couldn't care less. But you'll be asked to lie to Guests just to make a sale. The Treatment Providers are over paid, glorified Estheticians who do nothing but complain all day. It's just a miserable place to be! A real disappointment.
