Pros

There’s a ton of free treatments you can receive.

Cons

Let’s be honest, the positive reviews on this site and indeed are by employees who are asked by management to write them. They don’t speak for the majority of the company who are unhappy everyday to come to work and are actively looking for employment elsewhere. When the new president took over last year, he promised work life balance and job security for all associates, both of those things have been #fakenews. I’ve seen dozens of tenured people lose their jobs because the company was “going in a different direction”. Leaders are being forced to work long hours and weekends because the president is only in the Tampa office a couple days a week, because he spends most of his time in the NYC office he opened because he claimed, “There’s no talent in Tampa”, “all the corporate employees are C quality” and “all the current corporate employees can’t adapt to change”. talk about a morale builder. You hear at least once a day that the president yelled at a manager in a meeting in front of of other employees. The benefits are expensive, no 401k match and all the holidays the company used to give have been taken away. The dress code is business casual, but that doesn’t apply for the executive team, some walk around in wrinkled work out clothes and stroll into the office without putting a brush in their hair. Employees are supposed to look up to these leaders but instead they are a running joke. When you have a legitimate complaint and mention it to leadership, you are practically laughed at in your face and nothing changes. The corporate office is brand new, but there’s no room for associates to sit or rooms for meetings because all the conference rooms have been turned into offices for the 15 new executives that were hired, two of which who lasted less than 2 months. There’s corporate employees sitting in a old bank vault with little airflow. When you ask if you can work from home, you are told no. The company is definitely taking a step in the wrong direction. The company’s vision and brand is confused, 3 logos in less than 2 years, is it a medspa is it not? Is there a spark or not? Is the logo black and white, light blue or dark blue? It’s just not a consumer friendly practice to run. The centers are old and outdated, leaks in the ceilings, no ac or heat. Bonuses are paid then taken away because the new sales force system can’t run an accurate report. Save yourself, there’s no hope for some of us to ever get out. But can do yourself a favor by running far far away.

Pros

Pay is acceptable & training is provided.

Cons

Poor management, illegal practices, Overall unprofessional, amateur sales driven company with management constantly changing their mission, focus and direction. Claim they want to be a "medical spa" but behave like a nail salon. Medical providers are forced to give facials with massages, clean the kitchen, and empty trash at the end of the day. There is so much pressure to over sell the patients with promises of bonuses for sales goals you can never reach. If they give you a bonus they will take it back and then threaten to sue you if you don't allow it. Had to hire an attorney to get my last paycheck from them. The benefits are awful. Sales consultants and receptionists with no medical background are ordering you around. They add hours to your schedule without any warning and expect you to work. They take away holidays with no notice. This job is beneath the dignity of any RN, NP, PA - so take all the paid training they offer and then resign - that is what most providers do anyway!
