Their 3 weeks training is the best I've ever experienced. They thoroughly prepare you with all the education, practice, and resources you need to start performing right out of the gate. I also love the first 90 days New Hire chats where you can ask questions and help other new hire peers.

Cons

The availability of certain shift days and times are limited, and as working part time it's hard to find other part time co-workers who are able to swap shifts if you need to adjust your schedule for an unexpected reason.

Pros

The training for the New Hire Teams is amazing and very valuable. Its great to work for a company that continues to invest in your development and both Holly's on the management team are so supportive and are always there to guide you and push you to achieve your best. Commission and bonus structure are great and can easily be very lucrative. There are many Great opportunities to grow within the company and have a rewarding career.

Cons

They are still a growing company and expanding so changes happen often. If you can roll with it and have a growth mindset it is very exciting.
