Low stress, work is easy.

Cons

Clients are constantly complaining about canceling or rescheduling appointments, or unsatisfactory results. Management is basically non existent, except for hounding sales.

Pros

Ideal image has been very involved to ensure the hiring process has gone smoothly. The virtual onboarding was very informative and the instructor made sure that it was a comfortable, welcoming environment for everyone. I feel confident that I can navigate through Ideal Image's online tiles and programs in order to find any information I may need. I like that videos were used, it made it easier to keep my attention.

Cons

The onboarding really did not have any negatives. It was short, but yet very informative. Obviously with all virtual meetings, there will be some technical difficulties. Thankfully I didn't have any, but some of my coworkers were not able to have their cameras on or their mic wouldn't work.
