      No respect poor work life balance

      Learn aesthetic services. Nurses are sometimes cool to work with.

      Cons

      Poor management, Two-faced environment, Work crazy hours, back to back clients, upset clients, snoody consultants. Interruptions during your break even in between client paid treatments.

      We are sorry to hear of your experience, as it does not reflect the standard we set for ourselves nor majority of feedback we hear. We understand this company is not for everyone, however Ideal Image is a team comprised of individuals with a strong drive for success, great work ethic, and excitement to be on the forefront of such an innovating industry. We listen to all feedback and are able to take the specific insight to make decisions, such as our new 401(k) employer match program starting the first month of 2021.
