Match 401K. If you stay there long enough to benefit from it.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. Money is their only concern and they do not care about the wellbeing of patients and employees. The staff for some reason is just very rude and I’ve never been at a job where every single person was miserable to be there. Hmm, wonder why. Honestly if your looking for a con to the company than what’s been told to you in interview, this. Is. It. They can’t get anything right and there is always an issue that seems to arise.
