The company is going through lots of major changes. Ever since Covid hit they have mass hired across the United States having everyone work from home and we are selling anywhere from 100,000 to 300,000 a month and get paid a small percentage of that. The pay used to be very fair and they created a tier system where you have to dedicate all your time to the company in order to make money. There is lots of miscommunication which creates issues on the clinics end and our end. management is constantly changing. very stressful
