      Quality training on med spa procedures.

      Pay is insulting. You can't live off the hourly in Colorado and they BS you by saying the pay is so low because there is "No limit to commissions". I'm a nurse and have an ethical obligation to my client, I'm not a salesman. Also the commission is 3% so don't plan on it being a real bonus. Turn over for nurses and secretaries is constant. If you stay over one year you are an old timer. The clients are not treated well by corporate. 90% of clients will never get a refund for any reason once they've signed a contract for something. Their money is gone and they come in pissed and take it out on the staff.
